Landon Is Average...

at least as far as growth statistics are concerned. This morning was Landon's 6 month well baby visit. He now weighs 18 lbs 3 oz which puts him at 52% for 6 month old boys. He is 26.6 inches long and in the 51% for height. Finally, his head circumference is 39.7 cm which puts him at 50% in that category. Average all the way around--except that Dr Glade says he is "very smart" for a young baby. Landon's pediatrician was impressed with his alertness and social interaction, sure signs of an intelligent baby in his educated opinion. But we already knew that! In addition to being such a smart little guy he impressed all of the office staff with his cheerfulness following his immunizations. As soon as the nurse put the needles down Landon was once again smiling and talking to her just like he had before she started poking him. I guess we could say that he is quick to forgive.
